Lead Nurse and Education and Training Lead

Sheeba has been a nurse for over 26 years, 14 of which she has worked in research delivery in the NHS. During this time, she has developed extensive expertise in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical research across a range of specialties, with a strong focus on workforce development, education, and professional leadership.

As the Education and Training Lead for CRDC:GM, she is responsible for leading the education and training strategy for CRDC staff, ensuring that research staff have the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to deliver research safely, effectively, and to the highest standards.

She is passionate about developing a capable and confident research workforce and supporting continuous learning that enables excellence in research delivery and patient care.
